This document is an official proposal (offer) of an individual entrepreneur Loginov Alexander Nikolaevich (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), acting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of goods through the online store https://reefma.com.ua/ on the terms and conditions set out below.

By using the services of the online store and placing orders, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this agreement.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Offer – a public offer by the Seller addressed to any individual or legal entity to enter into a contract for the sale and purchase of goods on the terms and conditions stipulated by this document.
1.2. Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website at https://reefma.com.ua/, through which the sale of goods is carried out remotely.
1.4. Buyer – any individual or legal entity placing an order for goods through the online store.
1.5. Product – a list of items presented in the online store catalog, available for ordering and purchasing.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Agreement is public, in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and has the same legal force for all Buyers.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to the Buyer.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods purchased through the online store to the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for such goods under the terms of this Agreement.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. The Buyer orders goods through the online store functionality.
4.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate information about himself (contact information, delivery address, etc.).

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1. The price of the goods is indicated in the online store catalog next to the corresponding name.
5.2. The Buyer makes payment by transferring to a PrivatBank card. 5.3. Full payment for the order is a confirmation of the Acceptance of this Agreement.

6. TERMS OF DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery of goods is carried out by Nova Poshta, Delivery, UkrPoshta in accordance with the delivery method selected by the Buyer when placing the order.
6.2. Delivery times depend on the location of the Buyer and the selected delivery method.

7. RETURN OF GOODS

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods in the manner prescribed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
7.2. In case of return of goods, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller in advance using the contact details indicated on the website.

8. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The Seller is obliged to:

• Provide the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the product.
• Ensure delivery of the product within the timeframe agreed upon when placing the order.

8.2. The Buyer is obliged to:

• Provide accurate information when placing the order.
• Temporarily pay for the order and accept the product.

9. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

9.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfillment of obligations by the Buyer, including in cases of providing inaccurate data.
9.2. The Buyer shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of the data specified when placing the order.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

10.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

11.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement in the event of force majeure.

12. OTHER TERMS

12.1. All disputes arising during the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedure established by law.
