Rules of the online store:

• Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
• If the goods are in stock, the maximum period for completing the order, after receiving the payment, is 1 day.
• We need time to complete and prepare your order for shipment, so usually all orders are sent the next day after payment is received. Of course, some delays or hitches in processing orders are possible, in such cases the manager will notify you and agree on the timing of sending the order.
• The order is processed only after payment is received. Only after payment is received, the goods are reserved for you in the warehouse. missing goods.
• We send orders on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. The order is sent on the next business day after payment is received.
• The prices listed in the online store are valid only when ordering through the online store. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery:

• Delivery is carried out using transport companies: Nova Poshta, Delivery, UkrPoshta.  The price of the goods does not include delivery. You pay for delivery yourself, upon receipt of your order, according to the rates of the transport company. You can find the delivery rates on the website of the transport company. Shipping costs will be indicated on the shipping invoice of the shipping company, which will be notified to you after your order has been shipped.

Payment:
For all purchases made on this site, payment can be made:

• by replenishing a PrivatBank plastic card.
• cash on delivery with the Nova Poshta carrier. This is the most expensive payment method, in which you overpay for the order by 4%.

After placing an order, you will receive an invoice with payment details.

Warranty, exchange of goods, return or monetary compensation:

• All goods provided in the online store are covered by a warranty, the terms of which depend on the service policy of the manufacturer or importer in our country. The fact of confirmation of warranty obligations is your order number with the status “Processed and sent” and the shipping invoice, with the specified warranty period for the electrical appliance.
• The warranty for the operation of electrical equipment (excluding lamps) is 1 month.
• The warranty is 6 months, for the operation of electrical equipment (excluding lamps).
• Return and exchange of goods purchased in the online store “RIF” is carried out in accordance with the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights“. You can return the purchased equipment within two weeks, provided that the equipment was not installed, was not used and the factory packaging and its elements are preserved, there is no mechanical damage, scratches and chips on the equipment. The return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer *. If the aquarium equipment does not work, the exchange or return of the goods is carried out only after the conclusion of the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated. After two weeks, but within the warranty period, we will replace or repair the defective goods. Sending the goods for warranty repairs is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
• If the goods have failed as a result of improper use, claims are not accepted. First of all, this concerns mechanical damage.
• Claims are not accepted for damage during transportation. Inspect your order upon receipt, in case of damage, the carrier company is obliged to compensate you for the damage.
• Claims for the operation of fluorescent and other lamps are not accepted – they are checked before shipping and are not subject to return or exchange. We reliably pack the lamps for shipment, but sometimes the carrier can break the lamps or damage the spiral without damaging the packaging and refuse to pay insurance. When purchasing lamps, you must understand that you are purchasing them at your own risk, since we are not responsible for the transportation of lamps and do not accept claims in the event of damage.
• Claims are accepted by the online store manager only if there is a shipping invoice with the buyer’s full name and order number, confirming the fact and date of purchase. If you have not saved the shipping invoice, you can see the order number in your account.
• Keep the original packaging and packaging elements during the warranty period. The absence of packaging or packaging elements may be the reason for refusing to exchange the goods.
• The terms of the warranty obligations do not apply to third parties in the event of resale of the goods or other method of transferring the goods. Warranty obligations are fulfilled only to the buyer, i.e. a person registered in the online store and who has placed an order under an individual number.
• In the event of a buyer’s refusal of an already paid order, return of goods or in the event of other reasons requiring a refund, the transfer of funds is made by agreement with the buyer.
